Violet W. Bank is an IT Software Consultant with special interest in Quality Assurance. With experience in refurbishing run down properties, Violet has since tapped into her love for refurbishing Below Market Value (BMV) properties by turning them into habitable places for aspiring home owners to purchase. Experience
After years of managing 13 flats, coordinating and liaising with tradesmen during renovations and putting the finished flats back on the market for a new tenant. Violet ventured into the world of property investing in the UK whilst binging on online materials which led her to attending the famous £1 Crash Course delivered in London by Samuel Leeds. At the event, Samuel announced a task on stage, we were to find a viable deal online, analyse it for profit and come on stage to present it to the crowd of hundreds of people.
I leaped for joy as I came prepared with my laptop and notepad. I analysed a deal alongside a team mate I found at the event and together we went on stage and presented our deal. I was so pleased that the deal I analysed was chosen by Samuel Leeds and agreed by everyone else in the crowd to be the winning pitch and so we got £300 for pitching a viable deal at short notice. No wonder today, I can analyse deals that are profitable with ease which is something investors look for because it gives them peace of mind knowing that their ROI is sure.
I subsequently did a lot of paid advanced training courses with Samuel but at that time, I did not have enough money to start a BRR project of my own.

So, later that year, I met Simon Smith who is an authority in Serviced Accommodation. He had a training challenge at the time which was 90 Days to starting your 1st Serviced Accommodation (SA). Well, if you know me, you know I like a challenge. I went along, paid for the training and smashed it in just 30 days. In 30 days, I went live on Airbnb, Booking.com etc with my first ever SA Unit.

Then I met Abi Hookway of Touchstone Education, the fact that she was smashing it in the UK property investment space was a driving force for me. It so happened that around this time, we had to refinance our home and that was when all the knowledge I have been soaking up started to become POWER!.
​
With money from refinancing our home, I soon went on auction, bought my first BMV property with both own funds and investors finance. With all investors funds returned with agreed interest, no questions asked.
All I do now, is just to rinse and repeat the process. I have a model that works and it has been tried and tested.
